Adhesives
DESCRIPTION:
365 is a high-temperature, high-strength, contact type adhesive.
It is white and has a face or web type controlled spray pattern
for low soak-in so that more adhesive remains at the surface where
it is needed. Offered with a 3-way adjustable valve and
tip for low, medium and high delivery rates, this product works
well for plastic laminate, metal, wood, particle board and some
plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene films. This
product has a long work time of 1 to 5 minutes and features an
unusually high initial strength. This product does not contain
chlorofluorocarbons or ozone depleting chemicals.

Solvents For Cleanup: Camie: 22/80 or Camie 22/90
- Physical
and Chemical Resistance: Limited laboratory testing indicates
excellent resistance to oxidation and moisture.
APPLICATION,
USES & SUGGESTIONS:
For maximum strength, coat both surfaces to be bonded.
Allow sufficient time for adhesive to "tack".
Press surfaces together. Set aside to dry and cure.
Tests demonstrate bonding to a wide variety of substrates -
including wood, metal, fabric, a variety of plastics, and corrugate.
This adhesive cures by solvent evaporation. Successful
bonding of nonporous substrates requires clean surfaces and
allowing the adhesive-sprayed surfaces to tack up before
being pressed together. Lab work indicates this adhesive
has many desirable qualities of a contact cement without the
objectionable solvent system and stringy characteristics associated
with most contact cements.
